How do i use the objects bars?

I have some new object bars and i don't know how to install them. Please help.

You need the Object Bar program which is available through Stardock, Link:

The only way I know of to get Object Bar at the moment is through a Object Desktop subscription. Object Bar is currently in Beta, hopefully to be released soon!
