Trying to buy the Twilight expansion by itself.

I already own Galactic Civilizations II and the Dread Lords expansion. I'm trying to buy just the Twilight expansion, but I only see the option to purchase the entire game bundle for 20 bucks.

Surely, I don't have to buy this game all over again just to get the expansion, do I?
