Task Bar sliding down?

Has anyone else gotten this problem. I currently use the random theme setting but it was happening when I had a single theme running all the time. From time to time the taskbar would slide down about half way for about 3 or 4 seconds then go back to normal. Also once in a GREAT while it looks like the whole screen drops a little bit, maybe a quarter inch then go right back to normal.

Only happens when WB is loaded.

Anyone else?

This is when explorer is stammering. It has happened randomly for me since windows 7 came out.

I've seen it also, running Window 7 64 bit.

Same here. The whole screen seems to drop down a bit. Win 7 Pro 64 bit
