Problem with sys tray icons - help?

Hi,

I had this same problem about a year or two ago, and, had at that time found the solution here on the forums but for the life of me I cannot find it on here now. The problem: I applied a Windowsblind skin and just noticed that it had changed my system tray icons (ones next to the time) to look old and block like, like maybe a lower resolution maybe?

Does anyone know the fix for this? wished i would have wrote it down the last time i found it :/

EDITED: Just to say I am on Xp if that helps.
