bounce effect when moving a fence

Hi

When I move a fence, it is very difficult to place it precisely as the fence has a rubber band affect that doesn't stay under the cursor. It continues to move after you stop moving the mouse. Eventually it comes to a stop then I have to gently move the mouse so the fence moves in union with the mouse.

Hard to explain sorry.

Trying it now it does actually have a huge delay when moving the mouse and when the fence moves. 

 

I don't think it should be too hard to place your fences like this though, but yeah, this didn't use to happen.

Not a big issue really, just wanted to know if it was my setup or something that Fences can fix.

It could possibly have something to do with some other program running on the background since I don't think this used to happen to me, but it could also be Fences. Did you just install it recently / updated it?
