cant play online

heya i recently brought sins of solar empire trinity edition and i joined up so i can play online

created an account..ect and when to go play and it says it says acount name not found

can any1 help me iv put theserial number in and everything iv vailed my account so whats the problem plz help me!!!

The multiplayer system uses IronClad Online, which is different from your Stardock/Steam/Impulse account.  Make sure you're using the correct account information.  If you're still having issues, send an email to [email protected] for help with ICO accounts.
