How do I change the Black band in the Image and or text colour, (this is the Menu bar the one with Files Tools and help on it) using SKS 7

Edit menus and menubars > standard menu bar > menu bar (notepad etc)

Thanks, You are right, I found it just after I posted item in forum. I do thank you for quick response. I love tweaking and snipping skins take a little from one skin use it in another to make it truly unique. However at times it gets frustrating trying to find the item area or part that you want to tweak
