My Serialnumber is gone wrong
my new account with my new email will not accept the serial number, i can sen a email with the full serialnumber, so u can see, that I buy the game.
pls help me!
I buy the legal!!! why the game do not accept my serialnumber

I try to log in with the e-mail address and password from my old "Crysantyll" account. But it doesnt work.
(I have deinstalled Gal Civ 2 for a while, I think, older impulse versions wanted only the accountname to log in before. The new "Games Stop" works only with the e-mail.)
Games Stop doesnt accept my Crysantyll account.
So, I create a new account. But now impulse say, that the serial number or my e-mail were wrong.
So, then i send a mail to the stardock and the impulse team with 4 first numbers of my serialnumber (not the whole number), so they can see that i really buy this game.
I know that the game is registered with only one e-mail, but this my problem, its not accept my email, this problem is new with the "Games Stop".
Is there a way to reset my email account with the serial number?
Have I do sen my whole serialnumber to the stardocksupport?
How can I prove, that I buy this game legal?
In the DVD-Box (ultimate version) exist a serialnumber with30 numbers to 5 numbers per cluster! It is not the wrong number! I have teh problem that my serialnumber will not verifying cause my e-mail is wrong!
My old account "Crysantyll" with the old password will not accept!!
