I've tried changing the glow to drop shadow saving as .PNG, I've made an alpha channel and saved it as .TGA but still the problem persists. Any ideas ? I just want it to be smooth. I've tried disabling blur in the extra settings but doesn't change a thing.
I sort of found the reason why it's doing that. It's because of the "blur" setting but for whatever reason it maybe it won't accept "semi-transparent" and by that I mean I choose semi-transparent, check code editor section to verify the change, apply and it still blurs. 
Make sure all the parts of the start panel are set to semi-trans. If you don't, you will still get blur on it.
