XSI Library

Any reason we don't have one?  There are a lot of models/modelers out there and it would be a great way to share ships and model components.

After my issues running XSI I can see how this might be helpful.

People could model various ships elements or weapons for modular use or just make stuff to give away. I m ake models for fun--I'd have no problem giving things away.

Thoughts?

Awesome sir.  I'm thinking of converting those models I told you about and putting them up.  I'll look at your stuff too. What's a good host?

What I'd love is for all the base Sins models to be readily available in XSI and then people could use them as references  when creating their own.  OBJ could be added for those starting there.

Found the post--I had thought it was just images.  Great start.

Where are you hosting?  I'll contribute.

The weebly, direct links. No crappy ad filled click and wait and click again.

Can hold 5 mb archive which can hold scene, object, textures, render pic or in-game screenshot and mesh.

I think I can trust you with PW if you want access.

Public Skydrive is another option for uploading many files at once. You can give public read only access to everyone and allow read/write and delete access to modellers you have in your MSM contacts..

If you upload separate files like .obj to weebly you can import direct to xsi without extracting.

With this script I can show many many object to import direct from weebly but its a real pain uploading single files one at a time

1st draft pic. I redid the base texture and its now round
