[0.75] [Bug] Casting on a stack on strategic map remembers chosen unit

I think we had this issue in WOM. If you cast a spell on a stack on the strategic map, the first time you get to choose which unit should be target of the spell. The second time you won't be asked but the earlier decision will be used again.
