Using Endeavour with a solid black texture and the app is a sysmetrix clock I made. Maybe you are referring to the classic spectrum analyzer plugin. There is a config window in the shot for it.

Ok here is mine its just a bit plain, but that's me i like plain wallpaper made by me called Pods, fences from stardock, and sysmetrix, not sure who did the clock

The clock is the sysmetric Veristic colors. Two tiny buttons on either side changes the color. There are twelve colors.

I don't know who did it either.
