recruiting Champions is messed up in my game

i have researched the ability to recruit level 5 champions but any champion above level 3 is not available. it keeps telling me that i have to research the ability to recruit level 4 or level 5 etc. champions. so i think something is definitely off.

Devs already know about this. If you look at the Champions your trying to recruit you will see thier real level is higher than what the tool tip says. Derek said the fix will be on the next patch
