Weapon specialisations

Would be good to see heroes specialise in weapons as an option so they could focus and be differentiated

Also how about crossbows 

And secondary weapons you could swap for during battle(weapons only, no armour)

And maybe lances for mounted units

Whilst some good customisation there is no lock in for heroes intopreferring certain weapons making weapon selection very much on best available and not best for heroes style
