Will not install/work

I have tried to install Fences on my friends computer, but it is not working.  The install seemed to work correctly but there is no indication that it has installed.  Through the wizard, clicked "Finished" when it completed, and nothing has happened.  rebooted and ran the program from the start menu which should bring up the config window, but it does not.

Where should I be looking to get the program to run?

I have right-clicked the install file and "run as administrator" with the same results.  (had to do this twice as the 1st time uninstalled the program, 2nd time installed it)

 

Any thoughts?

After you did the second install did you try to click on your screen and drag out a fence?

Okay...what OS are you running? Is it 32 or 64 bit.

sorry, should have included it in the original post. it is a 32bit OS running on a 64bit cpu  (i have the same setup and is working)

Are you running any kind of security software?  Any other software that does things with the Desktop or explorer that might be conflicting with Fences?
