Unable to get Discount for Pre-order Even Though I Have Trinity?

Am I missing something on how to get the discount? Whenever I try to hit the "sign in" thing, I get

500 - Internal Server Error

 We're sorry but there was an error processing your request. Please try again at a later time

 

The first time I tried it (through the link in the email) I got the right page, but accidentally closed it, and now I just keep getting that...and I don't see how I'm supposed to get whatever "code" I need to order it off of the Stardock store. Can anyone help?

 

Edited the title, since it's Trinity which includes Diplomacy

I have to report that I have the same error as well. When I am not logged in I can reach the order page, but when i'm logged I get a 500 "Internal Server Error". This is already for quite some time tho.

 

EDIT: After i used another computer it worked.

I had the same issue, try a different browser. IE worked, but Chrome doesnt?
