Singleplayer issue

I have been playing Rebellion, and after a short time playing, the game gets really jumpy and I was wondering if you all have any solutions, or encountered anything similar in your playthroughs. Additionally I was wondering you might have any solutions.

Nope but I've been having the same issue. After so long into the game, it starts stuttering, pausing for three seconds every three. High end computer, not max settings. Please help.

It really sucks because I like to play on the huge multi map, and I'm stuck with playing the smaller ones to keep it playable. I had no issue like this with the previous three. Even when Entrenchment and Diplomacy were in beta form.
