Paypal failure

hi, when i try to pre order the game from paypal, i get this error

Order Status: Your Order has been denied by PayPal

My paypal account works on steam, i have sufficient funds, and i do not have an alternate means of paying. Help please.

Sounds like a paypal error in which I think the community might not have the answer. Either email [email protected] or contact paypal.
