can't download

The windows "windows intasller" and "installAware wizard"" are there, but nothing moves. Downloads look like they are frozen (I'msorry, but english isn't my first language and I'm not at ease with technical word).

Any idea?

Edit: I did download the software well, but it doesn't "want" to be installed
