Crash When alt-tab

Has anyone else had it happen to them when the alt-tab out of the game to do something else and then go back to the game a while later that is crashes when you try to bring it up again?

I'm running Windows 7 (Bootcamp on a Macbook) and Alt + Tab has never caused any problems on my machine.
