I wonder whether its main cannon ability - Snipe? has minimal range? If not, it should definitely have one, as it would aurely look awkward if it tried to fire at something too close and and not in the straight line.
Snipe can shoot at targets that are close to the titans as well, same goes for explosive shot, so no minimal range as far as I can tell. The titan never seems to use scattershot when auto cast is on, which needs to be addressed.
I've had mixed results with it...for one, the effects never appear when I use it (though they work fine if an enemy ship uses it)...additionally, I'm not sure if it works all the time...sometimes it does, but sometimes I can't find a single ship that seems to be affected by it...
scatter shot works well against lrms and lf.
