Can't login to Ironclad online (help plz)

So i can't login and play with my friend who just bought i for me on Steam, but it says it can't find my account name.

do any of you know this problem and how to make it work?

Your ICO account is a separate from any other account name. You need to make one.

To elaborate a bit:

he did make a ICO account put in the serial key ect and hit created account and after that it said account created but when ever he tryes to log in it says that acount name cant be found.

we tryet resetting his password ect. nothing have helped we are at a loss to what to do.

edit: we can play over lan with hamachi with no problems.

 

(ps i am the frined who bought it for him and i havent have any problems)

edit: damn i have all ready use my keycode, so i can't.. this sucks!
