Poor Performance/Stuttering

Playing as the Terran Rebels I experienced this bug after I researched a specific technology.

The technology in the diplomacy tree named "truce amongst rogues".

After I alt-tabbbed and wrote this post it seemed to go away.

CPU and CPU usage stayed normal.

It happens on different ocasions. The dev's are aware of it. Next time please read other threads first (at least the titles) btw, because there are already numerous threads addressing this very subject.
