Bug, AI thinking enemy player is its Ally

Won't accept attack orders

Just a minor bug, and I didn't find a thread on this already so here goes this.

Basically i'm playing a 2 v 2 singleplayer game and am trying to give my AI ally an attack order, however no matter what enemy planet or ship I click on, the cursor is replaced by a big red [X ]and my ally says something along the lines of "Sorry, we have no intention of backstabbing our allies."  Now the two of them are currently duking it out with both their fleets, and teams are locked so they are definitely not allies.  This happens most of the time when I try to order an attack on an enemy planet, and happens always when I target a specific enemy ship with the attack ping.

I do have pictures of my dear ally's defiance, but nowhere to host it so that's not really going to work out.

I got the opposite, my locked team ally decided I was an enemy and sent me threatening messages every time they warped to my planets...They also broke all of our pacts

End of LordNosfer's quote

if u dont send envoys to there planets and dont do the missions they give u to do u will lose ur relationship with them and they will cut the pacts on u

it was fixed alliance and they were threatening me...(From memory I think I had a couple of envoys on their planets to build relations for the pacts)
