Unable to change accessibility under the QuickLaunch Dock

I am using Objectdock Plus V2 on Win7 - I wanted to set accessibility to the Quicklaunch dock to "Keep on bottom" - however the 4 options appear grayed out. The setting is currently set to "Keep on top" so I can't change it. Does this particular setting have a dependency on another setting? I was wondering if I made a setting change elsewhere in the app that locked this setting.

Under 'Position', do you have the 'Reserve edge of screen' option turned on? Because that will grey out those options.

Thanks for taking the time to reply and that was it!!! Disabling "Reserve edge of screen" under "Position" opened up the accessibility settings I previously could not change.
