Do you want me to pirate your next game?

I entered my passwort in the impulse launcher. The first time I mad an error, but already when I tried for the SECOND time it said. "Max Login attempts reached. Please try again in a FEW HOURS".

Then I tried to retrieve / change my password. I got an email, followed the link, and changed my passwort. First it confirmed the passwort link, but then it said something about "system hickup". Now I cant log in with either passwort, and changing it wont make a difference.

 

Thats not how you treat a paying customer. If I had pirated the game I could play it right now.

Impulse is owned/operated by GameStop, not Stardock. If you're having issues with it, please contact their support department directly as there is nothing we can do about problems with their system.

That said, threatening piracy is not the way to get help. I'm closing this thread to head off the inevitable flaming.
