Prevent resizing on resolution switch

I've got my icons and fences exactly the way I want them.  I frequently remote control my desktop from a computer with a lower resolution and when I do, my fences resize and are too small for the icons in them.  I have intentionally placed and sized my fences so that they're all still available even from the lower resolution I remote from (so that they're not off screen from a lower resolution screen).

How do I stop them from resizing when I remote control from a lower res PC?

Try opening up the Fences configuration, and go to Tools -> More Tools:

Turn on the first option, then restart your computer:

(These instructions are for the Pro version.  The free version has this option, though it might be in a slightly different place.)
