I started playing BETA2, and got the Alliance with rogue ability with TEC rebel faction only to find that independent rogues from uncolonized planets were still attacking me. Is this a purposeful change, or bug?
Well I restarted the game, and it worked once I switched gravity well. So I don't what is up.
