So? avhiecements we earned during beta will be reseted after the launch date?
Having participated in other steam betas I would say yes.
On release, the client "Rebellion Beta" will be deactivated/moved to steam tools and you get access to a new client instead.
Basically the beta and full release become seperate games. You keep the achievements on the beta client, but have to redo them on the release client.
But this is just a calculated guess on my end.
I'd just advise avoiding the "Military / Civilian Tech and No (type) of ship" type achievements until it's clear. The rest are pretty easy to get since they require destruction or gathering/trading of X / Y.
What ZaiRox said is most likely how it will be when the final version of the game is being released. To most people, the achievements aren't that big a deal though and a lot of them can be earned extremely easy by fighting a single easy AI player on a small map. Just a tip for if you want to get lots of achievements the easy way after they are being reset.
