Stardock account error

Hello,

Okay...here we go...

I have actually bought Sins of a solar Empire Trinity via steam. I have played it, which means i already have a stardock account. Meanwhile i had to reinstall windows 7 (also a legit copy!), and last weekend i wanted play sins again, only to find out i had to register an account?? Whatever i tried stardock keeps telling me the username and password dont match. So i created a new password with success, still im not able to login with Sins.

What should i do to convince the world or in this case stardock, that im a legit player, that i already have a stardock account, that my sins copy is already registered at stardock...men this anti piracy measures makes me sooo tired!!

the usual advice is to email sales @ stardock.com with all available details, but as you bought it in steam, then you should be using your STEAM  login and password in the steam client to then access it, and if issues with the steam client the BUG STEAM about it.

Yes, definitely contact [email protected] with as many details as you can muster, including any serial numbers and email addresses involved.  We should be able to straighten it out for you.
