Hm gotta test out how uneducated + scholars works, In my maths it would still give -1% research deducting 10% and adding 10% like that.

Natural leader + cruel is rather a free pick no matter how you look at it :) also adds 1 strength, I think both should be mutually exclusive, but I have more thoughts on mutually exclusive coming up.
