Pushbutton Glow now applied to read only combo box

Since the latest WB update, the read only combo boxes have an outer glow on them on mouseover which is kinda strange.

Related issue, i believe:

 

Skins that have global flash enabled, have also the flash on the combo box. I don't remember seeing that before the update.

The push button glow being used is an error, it should be using a custom image for the combo box (if defined).  The flash on mouseover is normal though and was mentioned in the release notes for 7.4.
