Does anyone else feel like this should be a low level upgrade it just seems useless so late into the game :/

Hey, every bit of antimatter you keep when jumping into a hostile area helps. Though it certainly could be lower.

Its just the cost is not worth it, im not saying it is bad. Just its not as much of a problem later in the game.
