Pie chart went crazy for a few turns after restarting a game from 1C on 1D

After I downloaded build Beta 1D I restarted the game I had saved on 1C. First the pie chart (bottom left of main screen) went all red. The next turn it switched to the colors for two other races, but my color (dark blue) still was not in there. At the point I was at it should have been over half my color, a sliver of green, and the rest divided up between purple and red. After a few turns it got there.
This may, or may not, be an artifact of reloading a game safed from the previous build.
