Can you just make the boarding to have a timer or % chance based result? Right now its just gimicky and useless thing, and everything this cap does, others do better.

The ability is buggy as hell, it is near impossible to capture anything with that.

Unless I'm mistaken, all a ship has to do to be captured is die while the buff is active, not even from the ability. It takes micro, but is definitely possible.
