Where are the Planet Bonus Descriptions???

Each planet bonus entity refers to both a name string and a description string....both the name and description strings are in the Sins string file, but I for the life of me cannot find where you see the description in-game...

If a planet has a planet bonus, the infocard shows the name, the icon, and the bonuses but no description...when you discover a planet bonus, the notification is just a pretty picture with the name of the bonus and the planet it was found on...again, no description...

So am I just a blind dumb dumb, or are the planet bonus descriptions really not ever used?

There's these 3 little info bars to the left of the HUD profile picture that usually display health, shield, and antimatter, or your empire ranks. When having a planet selected, it shows health, allegiance, and exploration. Hover your mouse over the exploration one to view the descriptions. ^_^
