Mouse Sensitivity

So i hold right mouse button to spin the camera around and it spins at an amazingly fast rate. How do i slow that down in game? My mouse sensitivity is fine for everything else but that.

Yes, i can change the zoom sensitivity, but that does not help.

Any thoughts?
