Rebellion still English only?

So i prepayed the Game till it was in beta. Now i saw its released. I still cant change the language on steam. Is that normal or do i have to reinstall it to change the language?

Rebellion is currently English only. What language were you looking for?

German would be nice. But hmkey, english is k too.
