How to create a Titan Factory to enable me to create a Titan

OMG i must be missing something. I've researched the Titan to 100% but no where can I find out how to create the Titan Factory to allow me to build the actual Titan. Looked everywhere... every research, googled it for ages... the button for creating a titan is greyed out and it says I need a Titan Factory. Please help - I must be missing something obvious but...

Not entirely, the Frigate and Capitalship Factory are both Logistics structures which would make one believe the Titan Factory should be too. Either way, no need to throw a new player under the bus.
