Rebellion Problems

Hey all, I recently purchased Rebellion from steam, and I seem to have encountered a problem.

Every time I run the game, the screen goes black, a little noise is made, and the game stops working. It then creates a .dmp file and says the game needs to close?

Is there any way to fix this? I meet all criteria to run the game above minimum specs.

Only thing I can say off the top of the bat is drivers. The devs said a lot of the minidump reports they got ended up being driver related.

it might also be a galaxyforge 3 map in the galaxyforge folder inside the my docs/my games/ironclad games/sins rebel folder.
