What do I get with Rebellion?

I'm still confused, im obviously a very derpy person. 

 

Since it's not "Sins of a solar empire 2" I am wondering how exactly this game works..

 

I got the vanilla game but no expansions, I got no idea where the vanilla disks are right now though, im curious if I buy rebellion, do I get everything as if I had the expansions and such? Or do I still need to buy the expansions from the previous game? 

 

Like, do I get everything if I buy rebellion, making buying any of the other ones pointless, or should I buy the other ones as well and rebellion to get all content?

You get everything. Its a stand alone expansion, people who've never played Sins before and those who bought every single edition get the exact same content. So you do not have to buy the expansions, everything from them is included. So if you get Rebellion you get everything. And if you registered your copy of original Sins you get a $10 discount.

Oh nice thanks. Too bad I cant register the game on steam XD I got the CD version somewhere in this mess I call a room

You need to register the original game to your Stardock account. Then go to the purchase section on this website and they'll apply the discount and email you the steam key. You don't need to register the original game on steam.

Quest failed! :-( I found the Training manual as it is calling itself, and the cardboard thing that held the box itself, but no keys on either of those that I can see, it must be within the box. Which is of course the only thing I DONT find :(
