Can't Decide If I want to Buy SOASE Rebellion

I can't decide whether to buy SOEASE Rebellion or DayZ. It's a huge conundrum for me. I'm a guy whose on a budget. Had a lot of fun with Diplomacy, but DayZ has been really looking nice. Basically, I can't decide to get Rebellion, or buy Combined Ops. 

 

Any helps and recommendation? Is Rebellion worth buying right now? Is balance in a good place? Note that I'm still a relatively amateurish player.

Some people who have diplomacy and then immediately got Rebellion felt it was a bit too pricey for what it added, considering it was a stand alone expansion (and thus intended as a great deal for new players), even with the $10 discount for previous owners. So if money is a big thing for you, I'd say you can certainly wait for the price to fall a bit with this one. What it adds is good, but its only going to get better and more balanced with time, and more mods will be available later. So as long as you don't forget and their is another game you really want now, its probably a safe bet to wait.

Yah I understood that, it's just that not a lot of people play Diplomacy. Most games are private and the public ones rarely come up. 

 

If I got rebellion, it'd be for the population of players =P

Well then yes, its been better than ever on Rebellion, and that probably won't get better with time. ;P
