Windowblinds wont load with Espionage blind loaded

When I load the Espionage blind I cant get Windowblinds to open. I then have to use Theme manager to change the blind and then I can get Windowblinds to work. Is anyone else having this problem?

If you haven't done any updating of Windowblinds very recently and only "Espionage" is affected, then it's probably a borked download or installation of the blind. First change your theme. Delete "Espionage" re-download it and then reinstall it.

If you have recently updated or done some other operation to the software, and other skins are affected - I'd ask support for help.

One thing I can tell you, the A/Vman's a Master and knows how to make a skin... so the problem has to be elsewhere.

I have tried this and the same thing happens. I have not done any other updates other than Windows update. Thanks for your help.

This is probably a skin cache issue.

Try open the skin folder and delete the cache files, they're files with the extension .wb4 and .wb64, then reapply the skin.

I made a BAT file that can do this automatically for you if you want.

1 - Download this file https://dl.dropbox.com/u/416294/Wincustomize/WB_cache_killer.zip

2 - Extract it to the WindowBlinds folder, it's inside "Public Documents\Stardock\"

3 - double click it.

This will clean the cache of all skins in a second, then reapply the skin.

Dani, can ya hook a guy up with a BAT file that can clear the recent skins list in SKS?
