Is there a manual for this game?

Love Civilization, like Paradox strategy, saw this for 10 dollars on Steam. Looks like fun, but is there like an Ultimate Edition manual or strategy guide that can be downloaded? I didn't see one on the Steam web site, and I can't seem to find one here. It looks like a fun game but a little intimidating right now.
