Graphics Issues

Hi, I have the video settings maxed out and in-game the graphics appear to be on low setting. I have seen my friend play on ultra settings and also have seen many videos and screenshots and the graphics are flawless. For example for me, the ships appear to not be affected by anti-aliasing at all. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

I've had similar problems. I'll max the graphical settings out, but ships and structures still look meh compared to a lot of the screenshots I've seen.
