RTM? I don't think so, it hasn't even been released yet. I image you are using the release preview. I'll let Stardock personnel answer your question though.
True... leaked is NOT an official release.
It was released ONLY to manufacturers... not the public. If you have a copy of the RTM, then you have it illegally.

Are you sure i'm not one of manufacturers that has it?? If you're not sure, pls don't tell me that my copy is illegal. 
No, but then you have not proven that you are one of those manufacturers. So, until you have I must doubt that you have a legal copy.
Why I need to prove it? Is it on the topic? The topic is the compatibility issue. If you don't have the rtm, pls don't blame me. It's your problem. Maybe make a thread about not having win8rtm. lol
You're old in stardock's forum but I can't see you're helping new people here like me. If you don't know what you're talking about, pls ignore it. Also you need to focus on the topic. Check the topic, i'm asking stardock's developers.
No, I don't help people like you!!!! The RTM was not released publicly and the manufacturers will only release Win 8 according to Microsoft's schedule sometime in November, therefore I must conclude you have obtained the RTM illegally.... meaning I nor anyone else here will help you.

There has not been a legal release to the public, ergo this is not an authorised use for which a response is needed....YET.
