Bigger Galaxies Please

Bought the GalCivII Ultimate CD pack a while back, installed and played a bit, got distracted. Just installed, and got it running on my new HD, registered and all that civic stuff. Now I'm interested in accessorizing to my liking a bit more. Few questions:

1. Is there no mod to increase galaxy sizes? Gigantic seems rather small tbh

2. Hand made galaxy maps/scenarios?

3. Seems to be a rather limited array of mods for the game, mostly focusing on Star Trek. Are there not mods that simply take the existing game dynamics and expand on them (more buildings, more techs, etc.)?

4. Seems like I wind up with these Dread Lord bozos in my game sometimes and other times not. Are they written into some of the maps/scenarios or what?

1. The Immense galaxy size is available if you're playing Twilight expansion.

2. There's editors that you could try, some maps and scenarios already there.

3. Yeah there is, check the modding section of the forums.

4. Yes, they are on some maps by default, and they can appear in a random event too.
