Подскажите как установить logons, xptheme. Темы в ХР только с .theme. Может какую-нибудь прогу надо поставить?

You need to install LogonStudio https://www.stardock.com/products/logonstudio/ to use the logons posted here. I don't think you can convert logon screens from other sources without rebuilding them in LogonStudio.

Just taking a stab at what you might be asking, I can't read the Russian parts...
