can i use rebellion without steam

Hi just like to know if rebellion can be bought and used through impulse if you don`t need multiplayer features or lan features as I would really love to have this game but wont sell my soul to steam ever again. Thanks

No you need at least Steam offline mode to run.

Rebellion has Steamworks. It requires Steam now.
