No Developer Exe for Original SOASE

Hello, I have recently become interested in playing around with the developer exe but I have one problem, I don't seem to have such an exe in my game files and I can't find one to download, nobody seems to be focused on the original game.

Maybe somebody can point me in the right direction?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Make sure you have it updated for the recent version. It may not have been included on the first retail versions on disk.
